LNM is reporting an altitude restriction error for a route using an airway even though LNM realises that owing to the descent profile the altitude will, in fact, be within the limits for the airway. Here's an example. Use this this route string to build a new route:  VABB SAKUN V2 SUGID N571 VUSET A454 PASOV B540 MIVEK P574 IMPED OMDB. Planning this flight for a 737 at FL340, TOD is just after BORER. On B540, after PASOV, we have waypoints KUPMA and ORKOB until MIVEK. According to the descent profile LNM assumes the plane will be at just under 15,000ft at ORKOB and just under 13,000 at MIVEK. The airway altitude limits are between 6,500 and 25,000ft but LNM gives a flight plan error saying "Leg to ORKOB violates restrictions for airway B540. Cruise altitude 34,000ft is above maximum altitude of 25,000ft".

Climb and descent phase is not considered when checking airway restrictions. Only cruise altitude.
