SimFDR Email Registration

Good Morning,

Recently I have attempted to register a test account to link it with an already established partner VA but never received the email verification link as I had before with my main account. I also have been receiving reports from pilots who have also attempted to register their account and are unable to proceed due to not receiving a verification email as well. I double checked the spam/junk folder as well (and instructed them to do the same) and no luck. Any ideas?
