Hi all,This might sound crazy but is there anything I can do to force FSX run at 800x600 mode?My monitor supports 800x600 85hz but only 60hz at 1024x768. It looks kind of flickering and strains my eyes. Any help will be grateful.Thanks

No, sorry, minimum resolution is 1024 x 768, except in the case of wide screen, high-definition television sets when a switch in the config file would seem to allow 1280 x 720. Untested, so somebody else would need to confirm.Best regards.Luis

I would also like to have 800x600 available. I use one monitor for an out-the-windscreen view (no panels) and, in FS9, I could get a hugh increase in frame rate by running that monitor at 800x600. Can't do it in FSX. I tried editing the config file and put 800x600x32 in the [Display.Device . . .] section for that monitor but it just messed up the display completely. R-
