Hi is it possible to have this 2d pop up window a little transparent ?

Not if it's undocked. It's semi-transparent when it's docked to a view window, but it goes solid when you undock it and I don't know of any way to fix that, at least not with the Scaleform menus. It might be possible to tweak the HTML5 styles to make it transparent for the HTML5 menus (P3Dv5 only).
