My simulator starts and then restarts

I need some advice please.  I am running fs9 on windows 7.  When I starts fs and picks a airplane and then pick a airport push ok the sims start loading and stops on weather. It states that fs has stopped running and will restart.  I deleted Active Sky and most recent flight plans.  I am at a loss.  Flight sim was running fine previously.  Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks
