Why fs2020 have so many bugs and i send a comment to microsoft but nothing, they send me create a ticket???

You may want to use a better title to your post than your screen name!  Welcome to the AVSIM forums!

There have been so many comments and complaints sent to the Microsoft/Asobo site that they cannot personally respond to each.  that's why the general "submit a ticket" is sent in response.

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
