Are you running it from a command prompt or just double clicking it from within windows explorer? It need needs to be ran from the command prompt with all the options you want.

Read the Traffic SDK Documentation and it will tell you exactly how to do it. If you have any specific questions after that, then come back and ask. Not trying to be rude, but the "manual" explains it very well and should be easy to understand. I was able to get my first flightplan done and tested in just about 10 minutes.

Traffic Tools by Lee Swordy (available in the AVSIM library) has a very good help file which explains flightplan creation. Also, there are a number of utilities available which will automate the process for you.Martin
