I made a flight plan in Little Nav Map complete with SID and Aproach  and exported to MSFS.

Whwn loaded in MSFS the approach is not the one I select in the flight plan.and ATC give ma a different one.

Any suggestion ?

Is it this thing?
Flight plan made on base of old Navigraph database from 2018 that probably doesn't exist in FS2020 ...

One hundred percent right. This is the problem. Using the right mode it should read:

<NavData>MSFS</NavData>
