Just one question about airport creation.

it seems that my local major airport has been recreated rather faithfully, except for the main building. so i can make the main building and import it, but can i keep all the gates and runways and the taxiways and lines from the existing part of the game? i just want to replace the building, not anything else, no change in functionality or parking gates or runways or anything

You should be aware that the rules for object replacement are different for the Asobo hand crafted airports (premium content). As I understand it with these, you need to totally replace the airport (i.e. remove the corresponding BGL file) and cannot simply replace pieces. Otherwise, you can use exclusion rectangles to remove default scenery objects and add your own.
