July 23, 20214 yr I bought a Zen 15.6 touch screen,i can't seem to get the touch to work.I wanted to use it for air manager,can anybody help me get it working.Thanks.

Generally for Touch it will need a source of power unless you are in a Thunderbolt capable port providing power and touch... Is your port Thunderbolt capable? Is the cable? For my touchscreen unless it is Thunderbolt capable I do need 2 USB-C connections, 1 to power 1 to my device. Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk

Just the one lead,C to usb.It takes it's power from that.I think it has to be plugged into a usb 3 port,i'll have to get a longer lead to reach round the back of my pc.
