FS2 Crew All Access Pack FSX

Featured Replies

Hi there

I have purchased the FS2 Crew All Access pack for FSX today from the new website. I have an issue upon installation which I never had before when installing any other addons for FSX. I have the NGX Reboot and the FS2 crew package for the 777 installed from the old website with no issues.

When I open the Fs2 Crew All access short cut on my desk top, the window appears where the name, serial key and email address needs to be inserted. After inserting the details and clicking 'activate', an error box opens stating that I need to allow a network connection to access FS2 Crew.

I am no computer IT expert at all but I tried going through the firewall settings to see if something is wrong there and couldn't find anything out of the ordinary.... Well not at least what I am aware of.

Another issue I noticed that popped up when loading the sim today (before purchase of the Fs2 crew All access package) is an error that never appeared before stating "Flight Simulator has detected a problem with a third party addon; Name: RAAS Professional, Version 2.6.14.3, Company FS2 Crew, File RAASPRO/RAASPRO.dll". It's also asking me whether I want to run the software or not. If I click yes then the sim crashes and closes. If I click no then it loads.

I never had this issue before and never had issues when installing packages from FS2 Crew so if someone can please help me that would be great

Kind regards,

Petrie
