after last Update MSFS has to be shut down with strange erro

Hi to everyone.

I`ve postet this question in the german forum already, but it seems that nobody is able to help me with this problem.

I use the Steam version of MSFS, Win10. Had never any problem til now. Did the update like I ever did, startet the app wich is pinned on the taskbar. The update was loading and installing normal I think and the game starts. When  I end it and want to start it again, the game loads and the screen appears where it is searched for content. Then a overlay-screen appears in german with following content: "Ihnen fehlen Pakete, die zum Ausführen des Microsoft Flight Simulators benötigt werden. Bitte aktuallisieren Sie die Anwendung und versuchen Sie es erneut".

This can be translatet like this: "You are missing packages wich are needed to run MSFS. Pls update the application and try again

What I did yet: Recovery to one week before - without succes, run several repair tools, cmd-things, complete reinstalled the game - with the result that it starts one times after installation on its own and then brings the same report like described above when starting again. Startet the app from the store - no succes also

NetFramework is installed, I checked this. Maybe some missing DLL`s, I don`t know.

The very strange is, I did nothing change before the update an everything was running without any problem.

My last hope now is that someone in this forum has a groundbraking idea that helps to solve  my problem. Otherwise I think I`ll have to do a complete new installation of my system.

did you do all the updates from within the sim?
