Another X-56 Thread

Featured Replies

I really want to enjoy this game, but I can't get through more than 5 mins of flying before the throttle completely cuts out.  I'm using an X-56, drives installed and all functions working appropriately in Windows game controllers.

Within the game I have tried default and my own profile.  In that, I have the throttle mapped to "Joystick L-Axis Y" and mixture mapped to "Joystick L-Axis X".  The controller is decoupled so the two levers work independently.  After flying for a short period of time, the throttle drops to 0 without any input command the throttle axis is unresponsive.  Sometimes it randomly works again, but there is no pattern or consistency.  I've removed keyboard bindings and any other associated binding that could be causing a conflict to no avail.  The controllers are plugged directly into two USB ports in my mobo.  I am confident the hardware is ok as there are no issues in DCS.

I've searched across forums for tips on this but have not found a solution.  Has anyone solved this?
