August 4, 20214 yr Missing some information here, sorry. What LNM version are your currently running? How often do you start LNM? Once a week? Every day? What update version is offered? What are your settings "Check for updates" and "Update channels" in options on page "Startup and Updates"? You can either update LNM (very recommended), lower the check frequency, disable checking for updates or press "Ignore this update" in the dialog.
