grmr help does not display

Featured Replies

(already solved by itself, as I was writing this post... ah, murphy...)

So I had an issue with the Grammer Help window, which wouldn't show.

Looks like an init issue, which may have been solved by trying one of the other windows (I'd say TERPs, since it's the only one I hadn't already tried before).

Now it works fine, even after restarting the program, so don't spend too much time on this, as this issue is unfortunately not reproductible on my end, sorry...

But maybe it can help new users, so I post anyway :)

Hi,

I'm still in the evaluation period of Pilot2ATC. I like it so far, but since I'm a non-native speaker, I'd like to improve speech recognition using the Grammar Help tool.

Problem is, the window does not display on my system.

The window itself is actually created but it's never being brought to the front. I can tell because I do see it stacked in my task bar, but the snapshot only shows a blank window (just a white rectangle). Maybe an initialization issue ?

The other windows work fine (I tested Info, TERPs, Taxi Mnt and Config).

I'm using Pilot2ATC v2.6.2.3_x64_R2 on windows 10 (21H1, build 19043.1165).

Can't think of anything else relevant enough, but let me know if any other info could help you help me :)
