August 23, 20214 yr You need to install and run Navconnect only on the flying computer. Then you can install Navmap on the iPad (provided it is a pro capable to run applications) and connect via Navconnect to the simulator. That's ok. It connects automatically to whatever simulator is available. You can click "X-Plane" / "FSX, P3D and MSFS" if you have more than one sim installed. "Little Navconnect is running and waiting for a flight simulator. The FSX or Prepar3D and X-Plane buttons are not shown on macOS and Linux or if SimConnect is not available."
