set flight level for individual waypoints

Still brand new with LittleNavMap. Is there some way during flight planning to set a different flight level for individual waypoints? I would like to begin descending much sooner than  the calculated TOD, especially if I have to set a very high flight level to clear a high mountain. I would like to then set a much lower altitude after passing that obstacle.
