September 14, 20214 yr Hi It's probably me but... I almost always fly in VR and everything is good on that front. However, I've just gone into 2D for the first time after updating to WU6 and my camera views have gone really weird - to the point of un-flyable. - After choosing airport and aircraft and hitting 'Fly Now', I am in the cockpit as normal, but the view is slowly drifting upwards by itself. - The mouse is there and will open and manipulate the menus, but won't change the camera view at all - When I choose the external view...exactly the same. - Left to its own devices, the camera view stops once it's looking vertically upwards I've tried a different mouse; I've tried the keyboard defaults; I've tried changing the mouse and keyboard bindings** : No change (**edit - correction. The new keyboard bindings now will adjust the view, but as soon as you let go of the keys, it is still drifting upwards from that point. The new mouse bindings had no effect at all - it was as if the mouse wasn't there at all) So at the moment, while I can run fine in VR, 2D flying is impossible. I did go into 2D a couple of times before the update and it was fine. Any ideas? September 14, 20214 yr Author Even weirder - but sorted. While I had tried a number of times the sim reboot and full PC reboot, and to start in VR and switch to 2D and also start 2D from scratch, I've just had an hour's flight in the superb Flyingiron Simulations Spitfire in VR, then tried one more time to switch back to 2D and...yup...mouse working the 2D camera just fine! I'll post if it happens again but, in the meantime, will assume it was just one of those unexplained temporary glitches 😉 Edited September 14, 20214 yr by AJZip Ryzen 7 9800x3D @5.2GHz; ASUS X670-P Motherboard; nVidia 4080 (factory o/c); 32G 5600MHz DDR5 SDRAM; Pimax Crystal Light VR Headset; Quest 3 VR Headset
