How do I set this wheel up in MSFS2020? I have the version without sensitivity knob. I looked here: https://flightvelocity.com/products/flight-velocity-trim-wheel-pro

but FS2020 shows -100% to 0 and 0 to +100% separate, not -100 to 100%. It also refuses to assign Axis X, only axis -x or +x. What results in very slow moving constantly until it is max or minus, although I just moved the wheel a little, and I get no white bar to check movements.

(I first want to use this method in the sim, alternative is SPAD.next what I cannot work fine enough at the moment).
