Can't Choose Runway for Departure

When I create a flight plan using LNM (version 17) I cannot pick the runway I wish to use.  For example, flying out of Linden, NJ (KLDJ) always picks runway 27 even though my plan is flying east toward New York.  If I fly the plan as is I need to spend time turning the plane to line up with my east bound flight plan.  If I change the departure runway to 09, which lines me up perfectly I lose all my way points.  Is there a way to let  me choose when I am exporting the plan to MS 2020.
