Hi, I have just started to fly again after a number of years away and have just recently downloaded MSFS just to get back into it. Previously a driver of PMDG Level d etc with over 20 years online flying behind me so I'm not a newbie by any stretch, I was with SATCO before Vatsim so I've been around :-) 

I am stumped on the flight planning and the FMC, i have entered a flight using both the inbuilt software and simbrief   for a flight from Sydney to Melbourne and while it shows the correct levels and route as well as top of decent in both which is great   but.......in the FMC it will show FL40K all the way to final. I have tried to change it in the legs page by entering 250 /12000 250/fl120 every option i can think of but nothing works, i have googled youtubed and cant find a thing, i have downloaded the latest navigraph 

 

Any help would be appreciated
