Go to the options dialog and check the URLs if they are ok. Tooltips or manual show default values. But there is an error in one of the defaults: IVAO uses https://wx.ivao.aero/metar.php instead of http. I see no issues neither on Linux nor on Windows here. You might want to check your firewall.
