Bounding box

Hi All,
   I've followed the post in the Tip and Tricks forum for moving the internal camera to outside the plane and camera bounding box. It does work for my caravan but unfortunately it gives me a large black box, like a luggage box, on the roof of the fuselage. I assume this is a visible bounding box. Needless to say it rather ruins the effect.

I also notice that My payware BN-2 doesn't have an internal camera bounding box. I can freely move the cockpit camera position to anywhere outside the plane and then save it as a custom view. No black Box either.

Does anyone know which setting in the CFG files removes the bounding box for a particular aircraft?

Failing that, does anyone know how to remove the black luggage box on the roof of the plane that occurs if I use the tips and tricks solution?
