FS9 Cessna 182rg Into FSX ?

Recommended Posts

Guest AndiB

The FS9 Cessna with retractable gear is my favorite aircraft for VFR. Has anyone been sucessful in converting the FS9 Cessna 182rg into FSX and getting it to work? I've followed the previously posted instructions on loading FS9 aircraft into FSX and I got the panel and all gauges to work perfectly and even the "thumbnail.jpg" shows up fine, but the actual aircraft when loaded doesn't appear. The message I get just before the load takes place says " The Cessna 182RG aircraft cannot be displayed"? Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

There was no retractable gear 182 in FS9. You must be thinking about the one in FS2002, which was itself a `legacy` model from FS2000.No chance!Or are you talking about the Carenado model?Allcott

Now I realize what my problem is. You are so correct there was no Cessna 182rg in FS9. I must have carried it over from FS2002. Thanks for your quick response.
