gps_export.dll where can I find it...

I am looking for the newest version of gps_export.dll. Wilcopub states it should be 6144 bytes. The one I have is the older one. Anyone tell me where I can find it.Thanks Dave

Rig: Gigabyte B550 AORUS Master Motherboard, AMD Ryzen 7 3800XT CPU, 32GB DDR4 Ram, Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super Graphics,  Samsung Odyssey  wide view display (5120 x 1440 pixels) with VSYNC on.
