ATC volume problem

With the latest beta 1b the ATC volume keeps going back to a low setting meaning you have to keep increasing the volume to hear anything, I remember this happened with an earlier version and was fixed!

EDIT : I have been messing about with the settings looking for a fix and discovered what seems to be the problem! When you click on the speech tab the "speech recognized tone" volume was set at 1, I changed it to 100 and all is working fine now!
