Caravan LED/ANNUN Light Control

I can not get the LED/Ann light dimmer to operate on the Caravan. All the other dimmers work fine.

I have unbound ALL light settings from keyboard, Mouse, Alpha control , Bravo Throttle & it still wont move.

All the others work by using the mouse  to control them but not this one

Any ideas
