I have created a User Waypoint in Little Navmap where an airport exists that is not in the MSFS 2020 data base. Can you tell me how I can use that waypoint as a Departure or Destination point when creating a flight plan in Little Navmap (to be exported into MSFS 2020)?  Or is there another / better way to do this?  Thanks.

You can use the point as departure or destination but there are limitations: No elevation profile (only airports have an elevation) and I'm not sure if the simulator can deal with this. I doubt it. LNM shows a warning message on export which you can ignore if you try it out.
