February 12, 20224 yr I don't have Room Boundary set up at all but was wondering If it's any use for MSFS. Perhaps to momentarily see keyboard for pressing "B" key for example. So basically do any of you use this feature
February 12, 20224 yr It's just the area in your room that you move in with your headset in Windows Mixed Reality. If you set it up, you can toggle an overlay visible in the headset when you come close to the boundary or overstep it. I set it up because sometimes tracking doesn't work without it, but if the tracking works for you regardless there will be no benefit for flight simming. Its purpose is to keep you from bumping into walls when you play something more physically active in VR and actually move throughout the room. It doesn't have anything to do with seeing the keyboard or anything like that.
February 14, 20224 yr Author By pure accident, I’ve just found exactly what I was looking for on my Reverb G2. By having speech recognition on in WMR settings. And saying “Torch On” I had a hazy black and white Circle window to see my room or keyboard. And to turn off say “Torch Off” Edited February 14, 20224 yr by Paulcoy
