Alabeo Titan C404

I can't find a topic category for this specific airplane so I am posting this here.  I recently purchased the C404 Titan for X-Plane 11 and I can't get it installed properly.  I didn't receive any instructions for installation so I just cut and pasted the aircraft's folder into X-Plane's Aircraft folder.  I also have an Alabeo PA23 Aztec in which I installed the same way and it works fine so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.  When I load up X-Plane and go to select the aircraft, it does show the plane but there is no picture or icons of it.  It just shows a greyed out question mark where the pictures of the plane should be.  And when I try to start a flight with the plane, X-Plane crashes.  I would greatly appreciate any help, thank you.
