Azure issue

Featured Replies

Had a flight earlier, when all of a sudden, an Azure message popped up saying that text-to-speech had been disconnected for some reason or another. I thought maybe my connection had been lost, but there was still live traffic flying about so that seemed odd. So I quit my flight and returned to the Home Screen. Tried Marketplace, and it was all up and running, so clearly not a connection problem.

Upon re-starting my flight I was surprised to discover that the ATC voices had changed. Instead of getting the usual American voices, I was delighted to be listening to regional, British accents. I’m wondering why I don’t always get voices that are location driven? Nothing against American accents, but I’d rather hear them when flying over the USA.
