LilNavMap XP11 and P3d Question

Featured Replies

Morning all,

LilNavMap a great program.  A friend and I just started using LilNavmap when we fly online.  He flies P3dV5, I fly XP11 (latest).  WHen he connects he can see my plane on the map even though I am in XP11, but I can't see his plane when I am connected using the XP11 connection.  Is it something on my end in settings>  I looked under the view tab, and the Show AI and other multiplayer aircraft is on.  Thoughts?  Am thinking it's just on my end since he can see me on the P3d connection even though O am in XP11.

Any assistance appreciated (probably user error on my end).

Respectfully,

Bill

Check that your LNM and Little Xpconnect are the latest. Especially Xpconnect should show as version 1.0.26 in the X-Plane plugin manager.

And it depends on the online network tool you use for flying.  How do you connect the simulators?

Hi Alex.... we connect using FScloud primarily.  Sometimes use FSHost. Just strange he can see me when he is on P3d, and I can't see him when on Xp11.  Hope that helps.  Under Options, Online FLying both of us have Online service as None.  but he can see me.  Thoughts?

Respectfully,

Bill

Hi Bill,

I'm a bit at a loss with this one. Are there any FSCloud options to change? LNM gets the aircraft from the so-called TCAS datarefs which are normally populated by AI and online flying programs.

Is the box "Fetch AI or multiplayer aircraft" checked in the LNM connect dialog?

Alex
