I made a route in Little Navmap (KRDU-KJFK), and when I put it in the Zibo FMC, I get random route discontinuities, deactivating LNAV and making me reactivate it. I'm not sure why or how to fix it, so assistance would be nice 🙂

I see no issues with Toliss, Zibo and others. Make sure that the AIRAC cycles in LNM and X-Plane match.

What Zibo version? The latest RC3?
Can you attach the plan?

Your FMS file shows "CYCLE 1801" and there are plenty of errors when loading into a newer cycle database. See screenshot.

Do you have a Navigraph subscription? Update the LNM database to the latest as well if you have one. You can use the Navigraph FMS Data Manager for this.
Otherwise switch LNM to "Do not use Navigraph Database" in the scenery library menu and reload the LNM scenery library database if not yet done.

I made a different route, (https://drive.google.com/file/d/19_kQwu-pof4U8_bowslox2zlk6N1Sh8e/view?usp=sharing) and there was one discontinuity, so I'm not sure if I didn't reload the scenery or if it's another issue. 

The plan looks ok to me. Discontinuities can always happen at the start or end of procedures.
Make sure to have 1802 in X-Plane and LNM.
