April 21, 20224 yr Every now and then I get this shimmering problem on the top 2 inches or so of my screen when I am panning. I have tried multiple nvidia control panel settings. Vsync on in the control panel and off in MSFS, then vice versa. But nothing seems to truly give me a smooth, non shimmering solution. I run a i7 12700KF and 3070 GTX. I have attached my current nvidia settings. I also use a 32" Samsung 4K monitor. I should note too that sometimes even when I am not using MSFS and just using my computer, sometimes my mouse cursor starts to lag and and will not move around my screen in a crisp way....leading me to believe again that there is something going on because after a few seconds it'll fix itself and move around my screen in a crisp way again .
