These are the best halo effects yet. Big up to you Luke! I now have bloom without the bloom turned on!. Now why didn't MS do it that way? Johan, you take control of the effect with your own fsx.cfg, same as it was with FS9. If its too bright turn it down by adding these lines under {DISPLAY}RUNWAY_LIGHTS_SURFACE_SCALAR=0.30 //this section added as modifierRUNWAY_LIGHTS_VASI_SCALAR=0.30RUNWAY_LIGHTS_APPROACH_SCALAR=0.30RUNWAY_LIGHTS_STROBE_SCALAR=0.30Just choose a number less than 1.0 and get your balance right for your eyes on your PC. 0.3 is just a suggestion as that worked better for the default halo.bmpFWIW runway and edge lighting is characteristically dominant, and can often be seem from miles out as the beams are specifically designed to be directional.
