Ipad Disco (FENIX)

So Im running my ipad for the Tablet on the a320 and it keeps disconnecting and wont come back no matter what I do. 

I sent a ticket it but I thought maybe someone here has figured it out. 

Let me know, I basically cant even get to takeoff wit the Ipad disconnecting and my firewall etc is fine. 

I dont get it.
