WMR and OpenXRToolkit/Rift S

I'm now getting this message on OpenXR Developer Tools (of which I know very little) "the active openxr runtime does not have a head mounted display system available. You may need to set up your XR platform or plug in your headset." Also in the sim, it says "no headset detected". I went through this exact thing a couple weeks ago and I had to set something in my registry to fix it. Nothing there has changed as far as I know. But I did today install SU10.

My headset is indeed on and working and plugged in. I can see Oculus main page etc. just MSFS2020 is no longer detecting it. It was working fine up until this update. What's the fix?

Thanks.

Edit - Sorry, I think I put this in the wrong forum.
