I see there's about 12 virtual Southwest Airlines. I've applied to many of them and for some reason, none of them ever respond. Can someone point me to a Southwest VA who actually is current and responds to membership requests? MSFS2020 Thanks. AG

How about Asobo gets it's head out of it's rear and gets it up on Marketplace? What's the holdup with these updates? I unfortunately bought my first 25 airports from the Marketplace and rarely see any kind of update on any of them. I quit buying off of MP some time ago, but unfortunately I bought the CRJ when it first came out on MP. Not even any comment by Asobo letting you know when it might be available. And why were they simply not prepared ahead of time to get it up? Aerosoft announced it early enough. Looks like poor business practices and planning to me. I was looking forward to flying the new V2 like two weeks ago. Then it was delayed and now I'm told I can't even get it from MP yet. Why did I spend money on this again? I feel like I am still not the true owner of this product. I feel like I'm leasing it. I'm sure it's not rocket science.

Apparently Microsoft locks paying customers out of their accounts. I had to reinstall Windows and when I tried installing MSFS2020, I put in my usual one of two passwords and now Microsoft doesn't recognize it. I clicked on the forgot password and it tells me it will mail me a verification code. It never showed up. I don't even remember any screenname for Microsoft. So after three attempts, they locked me out for 24 HOURS??? The password I saved is not working now. I cannot start my sim to install it past the loading screen. I have over a thousand dollars in payware I cannot access now. I see I'll have to create a new Microdix account and re-buy MSFS2020 and then pay for all the airports again? What a total scam they are running. Locking out paying customers is total BS. I'm beyond angry. This is absurd. I'm disabled and flight simming is all I got in life. I guess not anymore! I am assuming there are no solutions that will not drive me further nutso dealing with this, and as mad as I am, I am not expecting anyone to help me, so I guess I'm just ranting and out of my only hobby now. Maybe I'll try rock collecting. That should be fun. Caveat Emptor!

I went to the pilot portal in the SI app to add Walker Air virtual so my callsign is recognized for a PMDG B737 flight, but it is still telling me "invalid callsign". I entered "WAT" and it isn't working. Is it not possible to make a PMDG IFR flight using SI yet? Only general aviation aircraft? I have only the box ticked in the SI app for "use Simbrief callsign" , with no text in the above boxes like "Cessna two-five-four-whisky-tango". What's up with this? Thanks, AG

Can someone tell me how do I designate in the FMC to go to the alternate airport after a missed approach? I;'m on the route page hitting the alternate airport button, and nothing is happening. The destination isn't changing. I just wasted a 2.5 hour VA flight I had to exit out of because I couldn't get the FMC to work right. I couldn't even get it to go direct to the airport using the FIX page. I only got 10k hours in this thing, you would think I would know this by now. Thanks, AG

For FS2020: Is there any reason why developers continue putting static aircraft on the tarmac with payware airports? We have multiple ways to include static aircraft ourselves if we want it. Designers need not do this anymore unless there's still a good reason for it. Now, I constantly start an airline flight at a gate but I have some aircraft parked on top of me. It takes several attempts having to reboot the flight sometimes to find an open space. FSLTL and live traffic are constantly popping up new aircraft in empty parking slots, and airports with static aircraft make it even worse. Please stop including static aircraft in payware scenery. I don't think we need it anymore unless someone can enlighten me as to why we still do. GHS22

Sorry. I've always found the hierarchy of these kinds of forums confusing, so I don't use them very often.

I just updated to the newest Nvidia driver and now MSFS2020 automatically put my settings from DX11 to DX12 as well as other settings like TAA not being persistent now. I keep trying to turn it back and it says to restart the sim, so I do but it's right back to DX12. I looked for solutions. It says to untick the usercfg file "read only" and "hidden" but they were not checked anyway. Everyone said unchecking these would solve the problem, but they already are unchecked and the problem is still recurring. Any other solutions? Steam/PC/Non-VR Thanks, Andrew

Happening right now 14 June 2024. My Fenix just "lost contact with the simulator" What in the blue F? I DID pay for this. How does an aircraft "lose contact" with the sim??? Not Happy

Yeah, 26GB is ridiculous. My sim loses all performance when in range of the RWS KSTL. I can't even use it. I wish they would release a lighter version. Maybe they have by now. I didn't check.
