July 18, 20223 yr Hi folks, I noticed that general aviation is an effective way of travel in mountainous region where building railways is too costly. So I'm looking for some examples of application of general aviation in mountainous terrain. Therefore I found that Nepal is perfect for this topic, I plan to have a trip there but still haven't got time for it. Nepal does have many airports for its cities/towns on the hills, and they have to rely on air transport. 1.I want to learn about the fleet size of general aviation in Nepal. 2.I want to learn about some typical benefit that Nepal get from its general aviation department. (Like rescuing, air lifting, travel..) I tried to look for some open source information via google, but it only gives me Nepal's commercial airliners and airport information. Is there anyone who is familiar with the topic? Thanks
