turning off annoying red text for the ZOOM + best camera for movie?

Hello! It has been already discussed about turning off the red text but only for brakes, overspeed and a few ones.... now i'd like to know if it is possible to remove the text in the upper right corner, saying ZOOM x.x and other thing....And which is the best camera addon for fsx for making good movies?Thanks in advance!Storm
