Can't see the moving jetways

How do I get the jetways to move? Do I have to press a particular key? Couldn't find anything in controls so any help will be much appreciated.

By default, I believe that pressing CTRL+J summons the jetways...after you've come to a complete stop, of course...

And it also needs scenery complexity to be set to Dense or higher.
