August 26, 20223 yr Hello, This may have already been requested or posted about but I wanted to post a question about it: Is there a way to insert a template of a route, or create an approach based on a fix? I'm wondering this for flying Gulf of Mexico oil rig operations, and being able to create the OSAP procedures used. I can manually create one, but I wanted to know if there was an easy way to create one. Here's a picture of a generic OSAP chart (delta 30 variation), and the picture of what I made with custom waypoints in LNM: Is there an easy way to do this? (say using a configuration file to insert a segment into an existing flight plan based on a custom point)? Josh
August 27, 20223 yr You can save flight plan snippets or templates which do not have to start or end at airports. You can also save a selected range from a flight plan (flight plan tab context menu) as a snippet. These snippets can be inserted into a plan using the context menu in the flight plan (insert flight plan before). Not sure if this helps. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap

Is there a way to move say like 4 or 5 selected waypoints at once? based on one of them? If that was the case then it'd be relatively easy to get figured out and manually create the OSAP procedures.

You can multi-select (Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click) several waypoints and then move them up or down with the flight plan table context menu or Ctrl+Up / Ctrl+Down. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap

Alex Gotcha. What I'm talking about/wanting to do is move multiple ones at once on the map to a new location. So that I could say, have an approach template like what I have, set one of them as the anchor, and move/rotate based on that.
