Request for input on a build

Greetings!

My current flight simming rig is about 5 years old, so it's time for a new box. The two sims I spend the majority of my time with are P3Dv4.5 and IL-2 Sturmovik Great Battles. I want to have a rig that can run those and MSFS as well.

Here is a build from CyberPower that I put together today. I would appreciate anyone's opinion if this would be a solid build - thanks!
