Flaps Inoperative Due Low Hydraulic Quantity

Using Tinmouse 2 in fs9 on Windows 10.  Suddenly the flaps won't work.  I see that the hydraulic quantity is low.  Usually, system B is 4 % only.  Can anyone tell me how I can restore the hydraulic quantity?
