Hello - I am receiving a run time error 9 message. Underneath that it says RadarContact.fsuipc.rcv4code.

I could not find other threads on this one so I appreciate your suggestions.

I have an older version of FSUIPC version 2.05 could that be the culprit?

You don’t say what sim you’re using. But it’s essential you have the latest version of FSUIPC. Download from here and report back.

I am running Xplane 11. I did not see a matching version on the list.

I did a quick search and a different forum mentioned XPUIPC. Odd though because I didn't download this before (I had to replace a hard drive and the programs were working fine before this drive failed). I have used a plugin to make RC4 work with Xplane. RC4toxplane.

You need XUIPC specifically designed for X-Plane. A google search should find it. I think it's free for RC purposes.

Well I thought I was  using FSUIPC but it turns out I am using the XPUIPC afterall. I will check with the plugin support staff.

You're welcome. I'm sure once XUIPC is installed and configured RC4 will be fine. 👍

I figured it out I tried a tutorial flight plan and that worked. I was using an incompatible .pln file from online flight planner.
