Aircraft not showing movment on FP after moving MSFS to a HD

I have had to move MSFS to a larger HDD (D:\) now the aircraft will not move along the FP. I think the Littlenavmap cannot now find the information. The connection is showing as connected but the aircraft fails to move after takeoff. Can enyone please tell me how to correct this.
