CYXE airport frequency assignment is incorrect in version 2.6.4.1;  Frequency 118.3 incorrectly set to  'Radio'.  

Went back to version 2.6.3.2 and it is now correct and working;  Frequency 118.3 set as 'Tower' which is correct.
