Has anyone else noticed that ground tiles load quicker when not using VSYNC?  With VSYNC my frames are locked at 60 without it 80.  Also I use the Goole Map tool with AGIS tiles.  My LOD is 150.

I ask because sometimes the tiles won't load at all with VSYNC.
