Just downloaded win64-2.8.7 but I get a Windows error when I try to launch. "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." The path specified in the error dialog is "C:\Users\<my name>\Desktop\LittleNavmap-win64-2.8.7\littlenavmap.exe.". I've tried copying the folder to another folder and to another drive but get the same results. I've checked permissions and that is not the problem. I've also set the program to run as Administrator but no luck. Any help appreciated.

This is some anti-virus or other "security measures" of Windows blocking the file. I'm afraid I cannot help much. Solution depends on Windows version, installed anti-virus and settings.
