This is NOT an attempt to promote the product, just to provide help with its use in MSFS 2020, Brian I am interested in knowing who here is using the the Simionic G1000 app, with or without their hardware, with MSFS 2020. This to allow us a "forum/place" to provide Q&A support to each other re; specifically in using the product with MSFS 2020. January 17, 20233 yr I have attempted to use it with the bezel, but always have trouble with runaway trim in MSFS. Something in their software is constantly trimming down for me, so it makes it nearly unusable except in AP mode. I’m also concerned that with their product being iOS based, eventually they will not be able to keep up with software update and make the app running on 6th gen iPads obsolete. As a stand-alone g1000 device, it’s great for training and it works well with xp11. I would not recommend the app alone, it needs the bezel. But I’ve been disappointed in Simionic and customer service is poor. Therefore, my recommendation is to save up and get the real sim gear equipment.
